We aren’t here to make profit from delivering your order, so we’ve set the most minimal freight charges possible.

Please read the following before placing your order as this will assist us with providing the most efficient service possible:
- The Wine Empire will endeavor to meet delivery times, but cannot guarantee this.
- Deliveries will take place anytime between 9am and 5pm on the nominated day. Unfortunately our carriers are unable to commit to a set time or window of time. Special arrangements may be made on request, via email, for certain pockets of time. However we are unable to take requests for a specific time.
- Unfortunately drivers are not able to call you immediately prior to your delivery, therefore please do not request this as a delivery option.
- Please ensure someone over the age of 18 years will be at the delivery address to receive the goods at the agreed time i.e. by Law, we are not permitted to deliver the goods to persons under the age of 18, even if they have already been paid for.
- Please ensure that you have given us the correct delivery address.
- The best delivery address is usually a workplace.
- If the order is for a function or special day please let us know so that we can aim to deliver as close to the agreed time as possible.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- In the instance that we are required to re-deliver an order due to incorrect instructions, an additional $15 will be charged to your account.
- Rates may change without notice, but we will notify you once you have placed your order.
