An Australian classic. A fantastic perfumed nose of violets, blackcurrant, liquorice, spice and vanillin oak. Firm tannins and rich cassis-type dark fruits on the palate together with a touch of cedar & dark chocolate. This wine will reward careful cellaring (6-8 years).
We are a small family owned wine company in the heart of the famous Coonawarra Terra Rossa strip and we are very proud of the wines we produce. The awards we win are testament to our commitment to quality and never ending quest to produce the best wines. We are very fortunate to have Peter Bissell with us as the company winemaker as his passion for wine is evident in every wine he produces. Peter was named Qantas/Gourmet Traveller winemaker of the year for 2005/2006
