Who is Wine Empire?

The Wine Empire is a Sydney based company dedicated to providing the right wines to our customers at the right prices. We pride ourselves on great customer service, a large and extensive range and prompt delivery of your wines. The Wine Empire is here to benefit small boutique wineries and you the end user by giving you the choice to choose wines not seen at your local retail liquor store. The Wine Empire is here “For the love of wine”.


How to contact us?

Is there a minimum order size?

Yes, 1 case, all orders are in a case lot whether 6 pack or 12 pack as this reduces cost both to you and for us. There will be some cases where there will be single bottle buys; this will be limited to premium wines such as Torbreck Run Rig, Moss Wood Cab Sav and spirits.


Delivery information and Times?

Delivery will be in normal working hours, if no one is there to receive delivery we will leave a calling card and contact you to arrange another delivery time, we cannot leave wine with under 18 year olds. When ordering wine on this site you will have to fill in delivery instructions and contact numbers which will be in the mandatory fields, this means you will not be able to proceed if these fields are not completed. We find the best place to deliver is your work address.


Is it safe to order online with us?

Yes it is. We use a secure site which has been approved by the National Australia Bank to protect you from fraud; if you suspect fraud contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.


Can I get a refund?

Yes, if we send you something that is not as advertised, or the product is out of condition we will refund. We will not refund for change of mind, but if the wine is damaged please contact us and we will either send a replacement or a refund, please keep damaged stock as we may need to send stock back to suppliers.


Can I set up corporate accounts?

Yes you can, please follow the link to the corporate page and contact the sales team, a corporate sales representative will contact you.


What is the legal ordering age?

We will not sell wine to anyone under the legal age to buy alcohol, you will be asked to confirm that you are above the legal age before you purchase wine.


Can I send wine to a friend as a gift?

Yes you can as long as that person is there to receive it, and is legally able to do so.


Where is my delivery?

You can contact us and we will be able to let you know where your order is.


What do you do with my personal information?

We only use your personal information for the fulfillment of you orders, under no circumstance will your details be given to a third party, if you suspect that this has happened please contact us so we can investigate, we might from time to time contact you with offers or services you can opt out from this at any time any questions please email us at info@wineempire.com.au.


I don't know much about wine, can you help?

Yes, email sales@wineempire.com.au or call us on (02) 9317 3779 and we will be more than willing to offer advice about your wine buy. We have many years retail wine experience to call upon to help you.


I have a function on, can you help me with this?

Yes, email info@wineempire.com.au or call on (02) 9317 3779 and we will be more than willing to help you with your next function. We can supply glasses, tubs and ice. We have many years experience in organising parties and functions, We would be more than happy to advise you.


Do I need to log in before I start shopping?

No. You can add items to your Shopping Cart and you will be asked to login once you’ve finalised your order through the Checkout. You can also log in before you go shopping, the system is there to be as easy to use as possible.


Can I view my order history?

Yes. Once you have logged in, this option will become available to you under ‘My Account’.


I've forgotten my password!

No problem, just click on the forgotten password icon in the members login box and we will send it to you.


What payment methods do you offer?

Most common purchases are paid for by credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Australian Bankcard. Existing customers need only login if no details have changed from previous orders.
