Carlei Tre Bianchi 2006 RRP - $35.95 Bottle - $25.00 Case of 12 - $288.34           The pale lemon gold colour belies the intensity of flavour with this wine. The nose sees slate like minerals with a slight nutty overtone. In the mix there is some citrus fruit, cool white peach with a hint of grapefruit in fact. At the back palate there is gentle but firm acidity, which is well integrated with the other components, resulting in a balanced complex blend that finishes with a savoury note. This wine is as much about texture as it is flavour and will continue to improve with further bottle age. Case Only (12 Units)

Cascabel Rousanne Viognier 2008 RRP - $25.95 Bottle - $22.95 Case of 6 - $137.70           These two varieties grow next to each other in our vineyard and our aim is to produce a wine with greater personality and character than either of its components alone. We deliberately picked the grapes slightly early to retain fresher flavours and higher acid. Colour: bright straw with green hints. Nose: nutmeg and cinnamon, with aromas of white flower. Palate: rich and spicy, with citrus peel and a crisp finish. Case Only (6 Units)
