Kaesler Old Vine Semillon 2008 RRP - $19.95 Bottle - $17.95 Case of 12 - $215.40           Colour: pale green with great clarity. Nose: Like semillon juice, green melon, lychee and a touch of ginger. I have never seen these qualities in Barossa Semillon before. Palate: Good structure with some delicate glycerol edge. The acid is sour and moreish. The flavours are like kiwi fruit and lychee Notes: Will be a solid medium term ager, 4-5 years Case Only (12 Units)

Margan Semillon 2009 RRP - $22.99 Bottle - $17.00 Case of 12 - $204.00           Green gold in colour with sweet perfumed fruit on the nose. The wine has pure citrus characters creating excellent line and length. The palate is long and textured with ripe fruit characters up front, a strong middle palate and a crisp clean acid finish. The fruit characters on the palate will further intensify and complex as the wine matures. The wine is drinking superbly now, however will reward long term cellaring. Case Only (12 Units)

Moss Wood Margaret River Semillon 2008 RRP - $39.00 Bottle - $33.00 Case of 12 - $396.00           Colour and Condition: Medium to deep straw hue, in bright condition. Nose: A complex and intense nose with a broad array of fruit aromas including apricot, fresh lemon, lime, preserved lemon, cumquat, fig, jasmine, leaf and malt. Palate: A full bodied white wine with very fresh acid combined with intense lemon zest, cumquat and loquat flavours. It is also complex with herbal and malt biscuit notes and has a clean finish with balanced phenolics. Case Only (12 Units)

Tim Adams Semillon 2008 RRP - $23.99 Bottle - $20.00 Case of 12 - $236.52           This aromatic wine has great balance and generous flavour typical of the variety grown in the Clare Valley. Fermentation in French oak fermentation has added complexity to the grassy and stonefruit characters of the semillon. It has diverse food compatibility — in particular with seafood and pasta. It may be cellared for a decade with confidence. This wine has been sealed with screwcaps to retain its freshness and authenticity. Case Only (12 Units)
